“I used to hate having my picture taken because I really don’t think I’m very photogenic. After I was introduced to photography I started messing about with my camera taking pictures of the kids and myself because really I was the only model I had. I didn’t have time to take pics of anyone else. So that was the first reason, secondly I actually love it now and have fun. I can create different characters, change how I look and just be a total fruit cake for a while. I DON’T do it because I’m in love with myself or think I’m gorgeous, I do it because it’s fun and it’s like playing dress up all over again apart from I’m an adult and not a child hee hee!! I also love the artistic side of it, creating different scenes, backgrounds and a totally surreal world. Photography to me is a package. There is so much to it from setting up the shot to taking the image, and the processing. I love each one as much as I do the other.”
